Products are sold in original manufacturer packaging without alteration.

Customer assumes full responsibility for proper storage, handling, and expiration monitoring after delivery.

3. Retail Compliance & Consumer Claims 零售合规与消费者索赔
Customer is responsible for complying with all retail regulations, labeling requirements, and consumer disclosures within their jurisdiction.
客户需自行确保其零售行为符合当地法律法规及标签规范。
PELIKAN TRADING INC. shall not be liable for / 公司不对以下情况承担责任：
- Consumer misuse 消费者误用
- Allergic reactions 过敏反应
- Improper retail advice 零售端错误说明
- Secondary repackaging 二次分装或改包装
4. Shipping & Risk Transfer 运输与风险转移
Risk of loss transfers once goods are handed to the carrier or delivery confirmation is recorded.

PELIKAN TRADING INC. is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, or transit damage.

5. Marketplace & Online Resale Restriction 电商平台销售限制
Customer agrees not to resell products in a manner that creates listing conflicts, price erosion, or brand damage.
客户不得以造成价格破坏、品牌损害或Listing冲突的方式进行销售。
PELIKAN TRADING INC. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this provision.
公司保留对违规账户暂停或终止合作的权利。
6. Pricing & Payment 价格与付款条款
All wholesale prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.

Full payment is required at checkout prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Agreement Confirmation 协议确认
Registration for a wholesale account or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
注册账户或下单即表示同意本条款。
