1. Order Processing 訂單處理
Orders are typically processed within three (3) business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Time 出貨時間
Parcel orders are generally shipped within five (5) business days after processing.

Local delivery orders are scheduled based on driver availability and delivery routes.

3. Shipping Charges 運費
Shipping charges are calculated after order submission and will be confirmed before payment.

Most wholesale orders with a merchandise subtotal exceeding USD $800 qualify for free standard shipping. Certain oversized, overweight, or special-handling products may be excluded.

4. Shipment Tracking 貨件追蹤
Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.

5. Risk of Loss 風險轉移
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the goods are delivered to the carrier or delivery confirmation is recorded.

6. Carrier Delays 承運商延誤
PELIKAN TRADING INC. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
對於承運商延誤、天候因素、自然災害、政府措施或其他不可抗力因素所造成之配送延誤,PELIKAN TRADING INC. 概不負責。
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments 遺失或運輸損壞
Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery.
客戶收到貨物時,請立即檢查商品。
Any claims for lost, damaged, or missing items must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery and include photographic documentation where applicable.
如商品遺失、運輸損壞或缺件,請於收貨後三(3)個工作日內提出申請,並於適用情況下提供照片作為證明。
PELIKAN TRADING INC. will reasonably assist customers in resolving shipping-related claims when appropriate.
